What We Do
New Builds
New homes built from groundworks to handover across the New Forest.
We build new homes from groundworks through to handover, working to the architect's drawings and the structural engineer's design.
Monterey Lodge, a single-storey house in the New Forest National Park, is a recent example. We also built Copse Cottages in Sway.
New build work in the National Park comes with its own constraints, from planning conditions to access and ecology, and we are used to working within them.

Frequently asked about new builds
We build to the architect's drawings and the structural engineer's design, so you will need an architect or designer in place before we start. If you do not have one, we can put you in touch with architects we have worked with.
It depends on the size and complexity. We set out the programme before work starts so you know the sequence and the key dates. Copse Cottages in Sway, two semi-detached homes, were completed with the first unit to practical completion within five months.
Yes. Monterey Lodge at Sway is a recent example. Work in the Park comes with its own constraints, from planning conditions to access and ecology, and we are used to working within them.
Every new build is priced individually from the drawings and specification. We provide an itemised cost breakdown so you can see what is included and what is not.
Planning is handled by your architect. We deal with Building Control throughout the build and sign off the work at completion.
There is normally a six-month retention period, during which we rectify any minor defects from settlement. At handover you receive the Building Control completion certificate, product warranties and manuals, and a handover pack with the details of the works. New build work also carries a 10-year structural warranty, covered by an indemnity policy and overseen and validated by Building Control.
