On your first visit in a browsing session, we use your IP address to determine your approximate city, region and country, so we can see roughly where our visitors are coming from. We do not store your IP address or any precise location, and this does not trigger a location-permission prompt on your device. The approximate location is passed to our analytics and notification provider and is not used to identify you.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare pricing or a tender, to manage your project if you appoint us, and to send you a confirmation email and follow-up reminders. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform a contract with you once appointed.

We share your data with our CRM and email provider so we can manage enquiries and respond to you. We do not sell your data. Where you attach drawings, these are shared only for the purpose of pricing or managing your project.

We keep your project information on a cloud system for as long as you need it, so you can access the handover pack, warranties and photographs whenever you wish. Enquiry data that does not lead to a project is normally removed after around twelve months.
