About Sutton Building & Design

Based in the New Forest, Charlie Sutton is the owner of Sutton Building & Design. He started out landscaping after completing a diploma in property agency and surveying, and soon realised he wanted to get into construction — drawn to the creative process and being more hands on.

After completing various kitchen and bathroom installations for clients, he progressed into constructing extensions, and then on to more major developments including conversions of commercial buildings into residential, and finally on to completely new build homes.

Over the years, Charlie has built up a highly skilled, professional and trustworthy local team who share in the Sutton Building & Design ethos of ensuring the highest satisfaction amongst our clients. We offer a range of bespoke services including landscaping, kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, conversions and new builds.
