We carry out commercial work alongside our residential projects: office and workspace fit-outs, refurbishments, small commercial builds, and conversions of commercial buildings to residential. The approach is the same — detailed pricing, an agreed programme and a tidy, well-run site.
We have access to commercial M&E subcontractors and dry lining teams, so we can take on fit-outs and refurbishments that need mechanical and electrical works, partitioning and full dry lining packages as well as the structural and finishing trades.
Commercial work is priced individually on request. We can tender against drawings and specifications, programme the works around an occupied building, and manage health and safety under CDM 2015 as principal contractor.
