Whole-House Refurbishments
Whole-house renovation, major refurbishment and remodelling of homes across the New Forest and south Hampshire.
Most of our work is taking a tired or badly laid out house and making it work properly. That usually means structural alterations, rewiring and replumbing, new heating, insulation, joinery, kitchens and bathrooms, and making good throughout.
If you are living in the house while we work, we seal off the areas we are not touching, protect floors and finishes, and leave the site clean at the end of each day. If the house is empty, we will programme the works to suit your move-in date.

Frequently asked about whole-house refurbishments
We can work in a property that is occupied, but depending on the extent of the refurbishment it is often more cost-effective and easier for you to live elsewhere during the works.
Items being retained are protected using specialist protection — hardboard sheets, dust sheets and rubber mats — and areas not being worked on are sealed off.
We work with your own architect or designer. If you do not have one, we can put you in touch with architects and designers we have worked with, depending on the type and scope of your project.
The work is priced in detail, with a full breakdown of every stage including specialist items and products. The project is programmed on software that keeps you updated as it progresses.
At handover — practical completion — there is normally a six-month retention period, during which we rectify any minor defects from settlement. You also receive a handover pack with the details of the works, product warranties and information, for you and any future custodians of the property.
