We really enjoy working with architects to help them realise their vision for the client. We do our utmost to help you achieve the property's full potential and deliver to your satisfaction, working closely with you from tender through to handover.
We work closely with architects, designers and structural engineers across heavy refurbishment, listed building and commercial projects. We tender carefully, return detailed cost breakdowns, answer RFIs promptly and keep the design team informed throughout the build.
We are used to working to a programme and to a high standard of documentation, so the design team always knows where the project stands and what decisions are needed.

CDM 2015 and our insurances
We take our duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 seriously. Every project gets risk assessments and method statements, everyone working on site is inducted, and the site is secured and left tidy at the end of each day.
We use dedicated software on site to log site inductions, daily sign-ins, risk assessments and method statements directly from tablets and mobile apps. Every record is filed instantly and centrally, ensuring nothing is lost and statutory compliance is maintained without paperwork delays.
We are fully insured for public liability, employer's liability and contract works. Certificates are available on request.
