Gosport Street Units

Gosport Street sits in the centre of Lymington. The building was a former engineering works — a single, tired commercial space that needed to be brought back into use. The brief was to white-box and refurbish the property, splitting it into three separate, self-contained units ready for tenanting.

The works combined structural alterations with a full services overhaul and a facilities fit-out for each unit. We reconfigured the layout, formed the new unit divisions, upgraded the mechanical and electrical services to serve three independent occupiers, and finished each unit to a clean, lettable standard.

It is the kind of commercial project we take on selectively — carried out with the same care as our residential work.
